TERMS OF SERVICE.
These terms cover your use of the Maak Detailing website and the detailing services provided by Maak Detailing ("we," "us," "I"). By booking a service or using this site, you agree to them. Plain-English summary up top, details below.
The short version
I detail cars at the address you give me. You give me safe access to the vehicle, an outdoor water spigot, and an electrical outlet. I do the work described at the published price for your vehicle size. If something isn't right, tell me before I leave and I'll fix it.
Booking and pricing
Prices are published on this site by vehicle size and service. The price quoted at booking is the price you pay, unless the vehicle's actual condition differs materially from what was described (for example, heavy pet hair, biohazard, or excessive soiling), in which case I'll tell you the revised price before starting and you can decide whether to proceed.
Access and requirements
For now, mobile service requires access to your outdoor water spigot and a standard electrical outlet. You're responsible for providing a safe, legal, and reasonable place for me to work (a driveway or similar). I may decline or reschedule if conditions are unsafe (severe weather, no water/power, blocked access).
Your vehicle
Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment. I take care with every vehicle, but I'm not responsible for personal property left inside. If your vehicle has pre-existing damage, wear, or defects, I'll point out anything relevant but can't be responsible for conditions that existed before I arrived.
Cancellations
Life happens — just give me reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so I can fill the slot. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking.
Liability
I carry care and diligence into every job. To the extent permitted by law, my liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under Texas law.
Changes
I may update these terms as the business grows. The current version always lives here with its "last updated" date.
