Do I need to be home the whole time?
No. I need access to the car, the water, and the outlet. After that you can go back inside, get on a call, or leave. Just be around at the end so we can walk the car together — that's the part that matters.
What if it rains?
I'll text you the day before and we'll move it. No fee, no drama. Interior work can usually still go ahead if you've got a garage.
How do I know which service I need?
Send me a photo of the car, inside and out. I'll tell you what it actually needs — including when the cheaper option is enough. I'd rather do an $80 wash you're happy with than sell you a $300 detail you didn't need.
Can you get that stain out?
Usually. Shampoo and hot-water extraction lifts most food, drink, and ground-in dirt out of carpet and cloth. Bleach, burns, dye transfer, and torn material are permanent — and I'll tell you that before I start, not after I've taken your money.
How long does a full detail actually take?
Half a day — realistically five to six hours. Anyone telling you they can do a genuine full detail in ninety minutes is not doing a full detail.
What do you need from my house?
An outdoor water spigot and an exterior power outlet. That's it — I bring everything else. If you're in an apartment or you're not sure, message me first and we'll work out whether it's doable.
How do I pay?
Card, cash, or Zelle — on the day, once you've seen the car. Nothing up front, even on the plan.
