This policy explains what information Maak Detailing collects, why, and what I do with it. Short answer: I collect only what I need to book and do your detail, and I don't sell your information.
What I collect
When you contact me or book, I collect what you provide — your name, email, phone number, address or city, and details about your vehicle and the service you want. If you use the contact form, that information is sent to my email inbox.
How I use it
To respond to you, schedule and perform the service, send you a price, follow up about your appointment, and keep basic records. If you're a member or repeat customer, I keep enough to manage your recurring service.
What I don't do
I don't sell your personal information. I don't share it with third parties except tools I use to run the business (for example, the website host and email provider) or where required by law.
The website
This site is hosted on Netlify and uses standard, privacy-respecting hosting. The contact form is processed by Netlify Forms. Basic, non-identifying analytics may be collected to understand site traffic. The site does not run advertising trackers.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, by emailing contact@maakdetailing.com. If you don't want text or email follow-ups, tell me and I'll stop.
